Emils Daujats
Director at Mr. Eight
Emils Daujats is Director at Mr. Eight and one of the driving forces behind LE CHÂTEAU PIÉTRUS and Branded Residences by Mr. Eight.
He leads the development vision behind the brand's boutique residential projects, bringing together European design heritage, architecture, hospitality, construction and resident service within one integrated approach.
The company's UAE portfolio comprises eight real estate projects. As of July 2026, Branded Residences by Mr. Eight has achieved approximately AED 2.5 billion in recorded property sales, reflecting market confidence in its design-led and hospitality-focused development model.
The brand's projects have received international recognition from the London-based International Property Awards and the U.S.-based Luxury Lifestyle Awards. Mr. Eight was also recognised among the World's Top 100 Developers in 2025.
Behind the brand is a multidisciplinary team with European roots, including specialists in real estate development, architecture, interior design, branding, hospitality, construction and quality control. The team shares one objective: to create residences with a distinctive identity and lasting architectural value.
For Emils Daujats, perfectionism is a lifelong professional credo. Every project is developed with close attention to concept, materials, partnerships, construction quality and the complete resident experience.
At LE CHÂTEAU PIÉTRUS on Dubai Islands, this philosophy is expressed through European craftsmanship, furnished and serviced waterfront living, curated brand collaborations and the cultural tradition of Villégiature.
“The future of luxury real estate is not about larger buildings or longer lists of features. It is about creating places with a clear identity.”
Professional perspective
Luxury should preserve culture
Enduring projects are built around ideas and standards that remain relevant beyond a design cycle.
Branded residences need shared philosophy
A meaningful brand partnership must influence material, service or daily experience rather than operate as a marketing label.
Boutique scale creates identity
Limited collections can support a more intimate relationship between architecture, shared spaces, service teams and residents.
Hospitality completes architecture
A residence is ultimately experienced through arrival, care, comfort and the quality of everyday operations.
